We all know that the present Nigeria aint the perfect country where if one is done with university education, he would be served a job on a platter of gold. Even if served a job, the income might be small (there are exceptions to this). On this basis I wish to inform the great students that there will be an exhibition and training in entrepreneurship. Its gonna be wise and reasonable to use this opportunity to grab one skill or idea. Who knows? That's where you might count your billion$ in the near future. The program is actually being hosted by the centre for entrepreneurship studies. It holds from 3rd FEB.-5th FEB. See the photo below for the detailed information.

ALL SIITINGS OF UNIABUJA SUG UNION HAS BEEN SUSPENDED
OMOH MEHN! This is El Classico Uniabuja special. The drama and intrigues has converted me to a passionate blogger for news. Anyways, inforrmation reaching my PARARA desk tells me that the Dean of Student affairs in person of Dr. P.E. Adakayi has been given the mantle by the university management to suspend all union meetings, gatherings, or sittings of all arms of the union government pending the resolution of the committtee which is yet to be set up for the reconciliation of the warring arms. That is the SUG executive arm versus the parliamentary arm. PRESIDO vs SPEAKER or is it JONATHAN vs BUHARI (PDP vs APC). ROTFL,LMAO. Its looks like BARCA vs MADRID. We pray for peace.
LATEST: UNIABUJA SUG DRAMA CONTINUES
The uniabuja S.U.G political drama continues with the unhappy students writing a letter of Indignation to the school management. Some great uniabujites sent me this copy via whatsapp. Its unfortunate to see PDP's typical system of one man leadership being replicated in uniabuja's S.U.G. I am saddened at the way the school SUG is being single handedly runned. You guys should read it for yourselves anyway.
LETTER OF INDIGNATION TO THE SCHOOL MANAGEMENT.
We, the concerned students of this esteemed institution have resolved under the aegis of our respective college and faculties to be civil in expressing our high level of discontent and utmost irritation with the autocratic and lawless fashion the student union government (SUG) is been run.
This particular SUG trend which is similar to what is obtainable in a ‘banana republic’ has culminated into infraction on the rights of our parliament representatives: who happen to constitute the principal offices in the parliament i.e speaker, deputy speaker, clerk, house leader and chief whip from performing their parliamentary duties. They have witnessed this brazen infraction and intimidation since the day 1 of assumption into their respective offices from Com. Pelumi Olajengbesi (suspended SUG president) alongside his protégés, but we have exhausted our patience as this height of impunity has reached its nadir in the last 4 days after a needful resolution by the parliament to suspend him (com Pelumi Olajemgbesi) for gross misconduct, recklessness and desecration of office amidst other allegations but despite this pronouncement, he has put up a rebuttal by sponsoring and engaging in series of cheap blackmail against the person of the highly reputable honourable speaker of the parliament.
As patriotic students therefore, that have not defaulted in performing our obligations (financial and otherwise) to the SUG and this institution (university of Abuja), we want to emphatically state it loud and clear with all un-equivocation that the SUG under Com Pelumi leadership has been of disservice to the generality of the students body as it has been heralded by; massive influx of miscreants into the university community that act as his aids, increased level of disunity among students, incitement of students against statutory authorities etc.
We therefore insist that the school management should seize to hobnob with Com Pelumi by respecting the ‘suspension’ verdict of the parliament so that a fair ground will be created for further interrogation into his numerous allegations as any contrary decision won’t give us an alternative but to officially dissociate completely from the Pelumi-led SUG and subsequently institutionalize our own union government. This missive will be followed by a peace match round the school and to the office of the Dean of students soonest.
Thank you for the audience.
